Counselling session fees vary between $180 to $220 per session depending on the therapist. This is reflective of the College of Alberta Psychologist recommended fee schedule. A sliding scale model as well as reduced-fee counseling is available for uninsured and low-income individuals, couples, and families. Some members of our team also offer sessions at a reduced rate.

The services of a registered therapist are covered in whole or in part by many employee or private health care plans. For those who do not have insurance, fees can be claimed under tax-deductible health service on their income tax return.

Payment is taken at the end of each session. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, e-transfer, and Interact are accepted. A receipt is given after payment, which is to be submitted for reimbursement from your health care insurance plan.

Please note that there is a full-session fee for missed appointments or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice.
